Kosciusko County has been moved into the yellow advisory this week after a recent uptick in coronavirus cases.
The newest data from the Indiana Department of Public Health Wednesday afternoon shows the seven-day rolling positivity at 3.8 percent, while cases per 100,000 residents also went up to 117.
Kosciusko County has been under the blue advisory over the past four weeks.
Marshall, Noble and Miami Counties remain in blue, while Elkhart, Fulton, Whitley and Wabash Counties are in yellow.
On the vaccination front, Kosciusko County surpassed 10,000 fully vaccinated individuals as of Wednesday morning, and over 26,000 doses have now been administered.
