An alleged non-compliant registered sex offender was arrested Monday in Kosciusko County.
Sheriff Kyle Dukes tells News Now Warsaw the arrest is part of an increased effort by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department to apprehend sex offenders.
61-year-old Mark Fuller was arrested after deputies say he failed to report required information within a lawful time period to the registry.
Fuller had not complied with the requirements for updated photos to be submitted every 90 days as is required as part of the sex offender registry as being classified as a sexual violent predator, according to a news release from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office. The last and only photo taken was the date of the initial registration on May 23.
He is facing charges of one count of level 6 felony failure to register as a sex or violent offender.
