Those who have wanted a nutrition shake place in the Lake City… you’ve got a place to go now.
Lake City Nutrition hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony Monday morning at their location at 3634 Commerce Drive, inside the Big R Plaza.
The store specializes in nutritional shakes and teas that are meant to be used as a meal replacement. Co-owners and nutrition coaches Scott and Tricia Smith opened the store four weeks ago, and got their start after working at shake bars in Goshen.
Smith says they offer a variety of teas, shakes and energy drinks for a fair price… and they are good for you!
Outside of the product, you can work with an individual nutrition coach, who will also work with you on your nutrition and fitness goals.

Their hours are Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and closed on Sunday.
