Citizen complaints of suspected drug activity in a small St. Joseph County town led to an arrest on Tuesday.
Indiana State Police say Lakeville Police received the complaints from residents on Mott Street. Troopers made a traffic stop Tuesday morning, and found that the driver, 61-year old Ethel Howard of Lakeville, was wanted on two felony warrants. A search of the car revealed suspected meth and marijuana.
Police say a search warrant was executed on Howard’s residence in Lakeville, where they found meth, marijuana, scales, and other drug paraphernalia.
Howard was arrested for the two outstanding warrants.
