A man accused of sinking of own boat while trying to load it on a trailer in Kosciusko County is facing charges. According to the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, the incident happened Monday evening at the Syracuse Public Access Site. 33-year-old Johnathan Heckaman was arrested and charged with Boating While Intoxicated.
