A Texas man is behind bars in Plymouth for allegedly sexually assaulting a child. 67 year old Jonas Olvera was arrested over the weekend after police were notified of the alleged assault on Friday. The victim was an 11 year old girl. Olvera was visiting from Texas and was apparently wanted on a separate child molesting warrant from a case in 2009. He was booked on the previous warrant with a child molesting charge tacked on. He is currently being held in the Marshall County Jail.
