The Fulton Township Marshal under investigation by Indiana State Police has turned himself in. 37 year old Jason Coleman was charged with theft following accusations that he submitted hours for compensation that he didn’t actually work with the town of Fulton. He has been under investigation for the last two months. He also served as the Rochester Police Chief where officials say he wrongfully collected more than 67-hundred dollars. He is facing six counts of theft; he did turn himself in, but has since bonded out.
