Martin’s Super Markets will host its 11th annual “Secret Santa for Seniors” program. The event will take place at all Martin’s Super Markets Friday, December 5, Saturday, December 6 and Sunday, December 7. Hours are noon through 6:00pm on Friday, 9:00am through 5:00pm on Saturday and noon through 4:00pm on Sunday. The program makes it possible for community volunteers to deliver Christmas presents to areas seniors who may not otherwise receive a gift this holiday season. Holiday shoppers are encouraged to choose an ornament with the first name of a senior in need and his or her gift requests from a special tree which will be located near the entrance at every Martin’s store. Shoppers can then buy the item or items listed and leave them, along with the ornament attached, at a staffed collection area after they check out.
