Warsaw Mayor Joe Thallemer will present the annual state of the city address during the February Warsaw City Council meeting. The meeting is at 7 p.m. Feb. 2 at city hall. According to a press release from the mayor’s office, Thallemer will offer a look back at the accomplishments of 2014 and a look forward to the goals and challenges of 2015. Thallemer encourages citizens to engage with the city’s review and planning process by attending the address. The meeting is open to the public.
