One of Warsaw’s funeral homes that have been in business for over 67 years is closing their doors next week.
McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel owner John Sadler announced Friday morning that they will be closing after they complete their currently scheduled funeral services and will “focus our time and energy on our own family.”
The official release from the funeral home is below:
“The Sadler Family announces the closure of McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel. Our family and staff have faithfully served, with great honor, thousands of families in our community over the last 67+ years. We have proudly remained a family-owned business, dedicating our lives to this great community. It is now time to focus our time and energy on our own family. Thank you for allowing us to serve you during your most sensitive times. It has truly been our honor.
Current scheduled services will be conducted as planned. With respect to prepaid, prearranged funerals, these will be entrusted to Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home. For those families requiring immediate need of service, we recommend you contact another funeral home of choice. McHatton-Sadler will maintain current business hours Monday-Friday,
9am-4pm, or by appointment, to assist families with any outstanding service needs until further notice.”
