Michigan City woman accused of pulling a gun on Rally’s employee

A woman is accused of pulling a gun on a Rally’s employee in Michigan City after complaining about her order.

It happened just before 2:30, Thursday morning, at the Rally’s drive-thru on Franklin Street.

Police say the woman ordered chicken wings. She paid, left, then returned, because he forgot to give her a drink.

He told police he went to get the drink, but laughed at a joke a co-worker told.

The woman with the gun thought he was laughing at her and when he came back, she pulled a handgun, and threatened to shoot him.

Police found more than 100 generic Xanas pills in her possession during her arrest.
