A Middlebury man is dead after crashing his motorcycle Sunday. 50 year old Samuel Moore was traveling east on C.R. 18 at the intersection of C.R. 33 around 3pm when he allegedly entered the intersection and continued off the road instead of taking the right hand curve. Moore then struck a fence, and came to rest on the northeast side of the intersection. Moore died as the result of the crash. The exact cause of the crash continues to be investigated.
