A Middlebury man is facing charges of sexual assault. 19-year old Tyler McIntire-Cogemim was arrested last Thursday. He reportedly tried to harm himself, and when police went to check on him he admitted to performing sexual acts on three male relatives ages 13, 14 and 17, respectively. According to our reporting partners at The Elkhart Truth, McIntire-Cogemi told police it happened several times since he was eight years old. He's facing two counts of child molesting, among several other charges. He's scheduled to appear in court Thursday.
