Indiana Governor and Candidate for the Vice-Presidency Mike Pence has released a financial disclosure report. Pence filed the federal form Thursday night, giving access to his personal financial information. It shows his salary as Governor last year as his only source of income. He earned 173 thousand dollars as Governor.
The report also shows the income from Karen Pence’s two small businesses, each of them bringing in less than a thousand dollars per year. The report also lists around 95 thousand dollars in student loans for their three children. Pence’s actual tax returns are expected to be the next step. His running mate, however, continues to refuse to release any of his financial information. Donald Trump has said he will likely not release his tax returns ahead of the election, citing an ongoing audit.
