Milford Police have taken a man into custody for allegedly burglarizing the Milford Stop N Go.
Police arrived at the store to find the front door broken and the suspect still inside at 2:30 a.m. Monday.
The suspect then ran, but was caught by an officer and the cash stolen from the store was recovered.
Earl H Smith Jr. was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital to be medically cleared before being taken to the Kosciusko County Jail.
He is facing charges for burglary, theft, and resisting/fleeing law enforcement.
