Milford Woman Arrested For Allegedly Stabbing Man



Treesa Metz, described as “crazy” by one of her acquaintances, was arrested Monday morning for allegedly stabbing a man in the back. 
Metz, 20, of 506 Turkey Creek Drive, Milford, was arrested for battery with a deadly weapon and booked into Kosciusko County Jail on a $10,250 bond. 
The incident took place some time Sunday, according to the probable cause affidavit provided by Kosciusko County officials.
The victim was passenger in a car driving east on Turkey Creek Drive when he and the driver saw two people on a mo-ped who they thought they knew. The car’s driver yelled at the mo-ped riders before realizing that it was not who they originally thought it was.
The victim told Milford Police that the driver stopped the car as the mo-ped approached the vehicle. Metz, the rider on the mo-ped, allegedly approached the passenger side of the car and stabbed the victim in the back with a knife. Police observed a 1-inch laceration on the victim’s back and a blood stain on the passenger seat. Police then spoke to the victim’s driver, who provided the same information. 
Metz came to Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department Monday morning and told police that she recognized the driver of the car. She then said that the victim exited the car and walked toward her, and she then stabbed him with a knife.
Police spoke to an acquaintance of Metz, who said that she was at his home Sunday “acting crazy” and saying that she was going to kill someone. He advised he told her she was not welcome at his residence.
