A Mishawaka woman hit by a car while jogging is in critical condition. The driver of that car has been arrested for drunk driving after reportedly having a blood alchol level of point-12. Investigators say 30-year-old Tiffany Brantley was struck Thursday morning. Quentin Burnley told police Brantley jumped in front of him, but witnesses say he was speeding and crossed the center line, hitting Brantley on the sidewalk.
