For the second time this month, vandals have left their mark on a Mishawaka Park.
WNDU reports white paint was found on playground equipment at the recently renovated Central Park just a little over a week after pink paint damaged a statue of Christopher Columbus at the entrance of the park.

Mishawaka Parks Superintendent Phil Blasko says the city recently invested $5 million in park upgrades.
“This is not acceptable, and if we do catch them we will try to press charges against them,” he tells WNDU.
Blasko says they are reviewing surveillance video to determine who is responsible for the vandalism.
