KCSD Press Release -Abel Delira, 63, 12600 South State Road 13, lot #5, North Manchester, has been reported as a missing person through the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department yesterday afternoon. Deputies were advised that Delira has been purportedly missing since last Thursday, September 10th, but was not originally reported to law enforcement.
Delira was last seen leaving the Meadow Acres Mobile Home Park, located in southern Kosciusko County, on a grey and orange bicycle. He was possibly seen on that same day near the North Manchester Elementary School playground.
County police are asking that if anyone might have information on his whereabouts, to call the Kosciusko County 911 Communication Center at 574-267-5667 or your local law enforcement agency.
