The Indiana Court of Appeals is deciding on whether or not to move a Noble County murder case to Allen County. In March, Andres Gonzalez Jr. was arrested on murder charges and for removing a body from the scene of suspicious death in 2011, that according to The Journal Gazette. He has since been held in the Noble County Jail, with no opportunity to post bail. Soon after he was charged with murder, a motion was filed to have the case transferred to Allen County, where the crime allegedly occurred. The request was granted, but later, appealed by a prosecutor. It could now take months for a location decision to be made.
