A new spin on an old tradition at Notre Dame. As beginning this season, players will join students in singing the Alma Mater after every game, instead of only at the end of victories as has been the case. It was back in 2011, Athletic Director Jack Swarbrick and Head Coach Brian Kelly agreed the team should only sing after a victory. The Irish kick off their season Saturday against Rice.
