A statewide tornado test is set for Tuesday.
The National Weather Service will test the statewide Emergency Alert System at 10:15 a.m.
Indiana broadcast stations will participate as part of Severe Weather Preparedness Week.
The drill will help ensure that the statewide Indiana EAS network is operating properly and is ready to respond in the event of an actual tornado warning.
If Tuesday brings severe or inclement weather, the test will be rescheduled and held on Wednesday.
