The NBC News/Marist Poll shows Democrat Joe Donnelly holding the head-to-head advantage over Republican Mike Braun in their race for the U-S Senate.
The incumbent Senator is backed by 49 percent of the likely voters.
43 percent say they’ll vote for the challenger, Braun. Seven percent are undecided.
Libertarian candidate Lucy Brenton will also be on the ballot–with minimal support. But she could a spoiler.
The polls shows her cutting the Donnelly-Braun spread to within the margin of error.
