WINONA LAKE — Two were arrested in Winona Lake Tuesday morning following a drug investigation.
Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Sergeant Chris Francis says the Narcotics Enforcement Team 43 arrested 34-year old Derek C. Krichbaum and 33-year old Sara F. Rivera of Warsaw just before noon at the Fairlane Mobile Home Park. Authorities say the manhunt for Krichbaum was based upon an active Kosciusko County felony narcotics warrant.
Police say the two were taken into custody without incident. In the process, police found heroin, meth and drug paraphernalia. Both are in the county jail on drug charges.
