A ribbon cutting was held Tuesday afternoon for the new Villas at County Farm Crossing, which are operated by Miller’s Health Systems.

The new properties, located between Eisenhower Elementary School and Miller’s on County Farm Road, feature 2,000-square foot villas with wide-open spaces, large doors, a full kitchen, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Miller’s President and CEO Patrick Boyle says once Phase Two is complete, 16 villas will be available to those 55 and older and will be able to take advantage of different amenities that are offered at Miller’s Merry Manor, such as meal services, exercise rooms and a pool.
