Four people were arrested in Kosciusko County Wednesday by a new task force combating drugs.
An investigation that started from a citizen complaint led to a search warrant being served at a home in the 100 block of E. Main Street in Atwood.
Police served the warrant around noon, and found marijuana, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia at the home.
Several people were arrested, and face the following charges:
- Ryan Truex-Volitch, 28 of Atwood
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Possession of Marijuana
- Possession of Paraphernalia
- Visiting a Common Nuisance
- Robin Truex, 56 of Atwood
- Visiting a Common Nuisance
- Mandy Fleming, 43 of Mishawaka
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Visiting a Common Nuisance
- An active warrant out of St. Joseph County
- Ronald Truex, 55 of Atwood
- Habitual Traffic Violator-Life
- Possession of Methamphetamine
- Possession of Marijuana
- Possession of Paraphernalia
- Possession of a Synthetic Drug or Lookalike Substance
- Maintaining a Common Nuisance
All four arrested were taken to the Kosciusko County Jail.
The new task force, called NET 43, is made up of members of the Indiana State Police, Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Warsaw Police Department, and Winona Lake Police Department.
