If your daily commute takes you down State Road 9 in Columbia City by the high school, be aware of a new traffic signal that is supposed to be activated on Wednesday.
The Indiana Department of Transportation says the new signal was installed at the intersection of SR 9 and the entrance to Columbia City High School due to traffic volume increasing recently.
INDOT asks drivers to be aware of the new signal and be cautious of any workers that may be in the area while they activate the signal.
