NIPSCO Alerts allows customers to sign up and receive power outage updates, including estimated restoration time via text, email or automated phone message. Customers can sign up on their website, NIPSCO Dot Com, or call 800-4-NIPSCO. In addition to NIPSCO Alerts, NIPSCO will continue to provide updates regarding outages on their website, mobile site, Facebook and Twitter page.
