A two-vehicle crash occurred today at 6:44 a.m. at CR 700S, 750 feet west of South CR 500W, Claypool. According to a Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department crash report, Trevor T. Neeley, 18, of 4950 S. CR 1150W, Mentone, was attempting to pass another vehicle in his 2001 Nissan when his vehicle struck a 2000 Mazda driven by Jose J. Castillo, 44, of 3699 N. CR 175E, Warsaw. Both drivers signed off with medics at the scene. Damage was estimated at $10,000 to $25,000.
