The Warsaw City Council voted “no” last night in favor of allowing urban chickens within the city limits. The ordinance would have allowed a select number of residents to raise and maintain chickens on their properties. When the idea was first introduced in early April, the entire council wasn't in attendance to vote so the issue was rescheduled for discussion in May and put to final vote last night.
