Funeral services have been scheduled for the off-duty police officer who was killed in a crash on Monday. 39-year old David Rigney was killed when his personal vehicle hit a slick spot, and collided with a school bus and another vehicle on SR 15 in Wabash County. Funeral services will be held at 11am today at La Fontaine Christian Church. The crash remains under investigation. Rigney had served on the North Manchester force since August 2012.
