An appeal may be coming from the University of Notre Dame in a case involving the U.S. Supreme Court. Recently filed court documents indicate that officials with the Roman Catholic Univesrity, might ask the Supreme Court to review a decision from an Appeals court, that denied an exemption to an order, that it must cover contraceptives in its health insurance plans for students and employees. In February, the federal appeals court upheld a ruling that denied the school's request for a temporary order against the birth control provision.
