A former Notre Dame employee who prosecutors say stole almost $200,000 from the Clinical Law Center has pleaded guilty.
44-year-old Jennifer Ihns pleaded guilty to single counts of corrupt business influence and forgery and nine counts of theft. She’s also ordered to pay $199,000 in restitution to Notre Dame as part of her plea deal, which doesn’t cover sentence parameters.

Ihns cashed 255 checks over the span of seven years for about that total, according to an audit of the Clinical Law Center’s financial accounts. She then would alter the scanned check images to cover her tracks.
Ihns will be sentenced on April 13th.
