A house fire claimed the life of a Kosciusko County man Saturday. Crews were called to a home on Valentine Road near Yellow Creek Lake around 3am Saturday and found it fully engulfed in flames when they arrived. Once the fire was out, firemen found the burned remains of a man inside. An autopsy will be performed to confirm the ID of the victim. The county coroner and sheriff’s department have been joined by the state fire Marshall in investigating the fire.
