One person was killed, two other were injured in a stabbing incident that took place just west of Warsaw Tuesday morning.
The Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to a home in the 2500-block of Westside Drive around 9:40 AM, where officers located the three victims in the stabbing. The suspect, later identified as 44-year old Vickie Louise Wooldridge, had fled the scene, but was found around noon southwest of the location where the stabbing took place.
Officers from multiple agencies and an Indiana State Police helicopter was involved in the search for Wooldridge.
The identities of those who were stabbed have not been released at this time. In a 5:00 PM update from the Sheriff’s office, one person was confirmed to have died from their injuries, while one remains in the hospital and the third has been released.
The investigation is ongoing.
