One person is dead and three others are injured after a weekend crash in Whitley County. The fatal crash happened Saturday night north of Columbia City. 85-year-old Frank Boggs was driving on County Road 400 North and collided with another car at State Road 109. Boggs was pronounced dead at the hospital. His passenger, 78-year-old Sherrill Boggs is still recovering. The driver and passenger of the other vehicle suffered minor injuries.
