The third Opioid Crisis Community Call Out will be held tonight in Warsaw. At the first two call out nights law enforcement, city, and county officials were among the attendees.
The Bowen Center’s Mary Gerard tells News Now Warsaw’s IN the Know these events aim to get everyone involved in creating a plan of action to end drug and alcohol addiction in our community.
“We just had the whole gamut [of people], and it really worked, because people were able to have conversations and some planning with people they wouldn’t normally see or strategize with,” she explains.
Tonight’s community call to action is at Lakeview Middle School from 6-8 p.m.
