The annual Thanksgiving dinner hosted by Elks Lodge 802 is Nov. 26 at Center Lake Pavilion, Warsaw, and orders are now being accepted for those who are shut in.
Turkey, ham and fixings are purchased by funding provided by the Elks. Local businesses were sent letters requesting funds to help pay for the dinner.
Tables will be set up at the pavilion for anyone in the community to sit and eat their Thanksgiving dinner. Carry-out and delivery also will be available for those who are homebound.
Elks members and volunteers will cook turkeys and hams at American Legion Post 49, and it will be transported to Center Lake Pavilion.
The menu will include turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, dressing, pies, rolls and beverages.
The meals will be delivered Nov. 26 from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
Volunteers are needed for clean-up after the meal and to serve the meal.
To volunteer or pre-order a Thanksgiving meal, call Mondays through Fridays after 3 p.m. at 574-267-7802. People can pre-order meals now until Thanksgiving morning.
