An Osceola man is dead after his car went off the road and struck several trees early Sunday morning. The accident happened in the 61000 block of Oak Road in St. Joseph County at approximately 1:10 a.m. Police were dispatched after a passerby noticed a “suspicious” vehicle on the roadside. Firefighters and paramedics pronounced 22-year-old Tanner Williams dead when they arrived on the scene. At the time of the crash, road conditions were clear. Currently, police are working with the St. Joseph County Coroner's Office to determine the cause of the crash. Friends say Williams graduated from Penn High school, enjoyed music, and trips to Michigan.
