The Department of Child Services is investigating after police were called to a home on a report that four children were left without supervision while the parents went out to a club. The children are ages 3, 5, 10 and 11. The father, 29 year-old Daniel Cruz-Garcia was found to have driven without ever receiving a license with a prior conviction and was arrested.
