A Pierceton man is in custody a year after two warrants were issued for his arrest.
Kevin Staley is facing charges of intimidation and felony home improvement fraud in connection to two separate incidents.
In the first, Staley is accused of accepting money for a picket fence replacement job but not completing it back in October of 2017.
It is then alleged that Staley was the driver in a hit-and-run crash in March of 2018. Police say he drove into the passenger side of his ex-girlfriend’s vehicle and told her she was going to die.
Staley’s bond has been set at $58,500.
