Plymouth Changes Homecoming Due To Student’s Death

A bittersweet victory for the Plymouth High School football team, Friday, defeating Wawasee 29 to 20. It was the first game for the team since the suicide death of David Bacon, who played for the team. School officials have now decided that, in an effort to give students time to grieve and return to more normalcy, homecoming activities will be postponed next week. Week-long homecoming activities were originally planned for this week, with the homecoming game slated for Friday against the Concord Minutemen. Instead, festivities will conclude when Plymouth takes on Goshen at the Rockpile on Friday, October 9th.
