Police arrest two juveniles in connection with fire that destroyed Elkhart Community Schools' buses. Detectives with the Elkhart Police Department arrested two juveniles – a boy and a girl,late last week, in connection with the fire at Elkhart Central High School that destroyed three buses and a heavily damaged a fourth. Two of buses had wheelchair lifts used to transport special needs students, school officials said. Police officials said they believe the fire was intentional.
