Officers have located and arrested a suspect being sought from a meth-lab investigation from last week in Kosciusko County. Warsaw Police Narcotics and Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers have arrested Richard Paul Lattea, 48, Milford, on preliminary charges of felony dealing methamphetamine. Lattea’s arrested stemmed from a January 14th investigation at 9265 North, Old State Road 15, Milford. Lattea had left the residence prior to officers’ arrival on that day, but a request to citizens regarding information to his whereabouts eventually led to his arrest on Friday, January 16th. Lattea is currently being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $7,500 bond.
