KCSD Press Release- Kosciusko County officials are currently seeking the public’s assistance in locating a wanted Warsaw man on numerous local charges. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Deputies are attempting to locate Matthew Scott Boggs, 41, Warsaw. Boggs currently has numerous charges and pending court cases which include; forgery, stalking, theft, invasion of privacy, and possession of methamphetamine. He currently has a bond of $200,000 set in Kosciusko County.
