Officials are investigating an incident in which a student was caught in possession of a knife at Fairfield Junior/Senior High School. It happened on Tuesday. An Elkhart Sheriff's spokesman says the 15 year-old student brought a pocket knife with 3-inch blade to school to give to another student…and that it appears the incident was not threatening in nature, though the investigation into the incident is ongoing.
