Indianapolis AP- Former President Bill Clinton is scheduled to visit Indianapolis this week to speak at an insurance group's conference. An Insurance Accounting and Systems Association spokeswoman says Clinton is to speak at the group's luncheon today at the Indiana Convention Center. Jennifer Overhulse tells The Indianapolis Star that Clinton is expected to discuss business and leadership challenges and will also take questions from the audience. She says about 27,000 people have registered for the conference and that Clinton's speech isn't open to the public. Clinton unsuccessfully pushed a health care overhaul plan when he was president. His trip comes as Hillary Rodham Clinton hasn't yet said whether she'll make a 2016 White House campaign.
