Recall warning: Possible listeria contamination in nut snacks

Simple Truth Macadamia Nuts and Ava’s Organic Cashews being pulled from store shelves.

They are being recalled due to concerns of possible listeria contamination.

WNDU reports the macadamia nuts were sold in Kroger, Bakers, Gerbes and Dillons stores.

The affects snacks have an expiration date of May 2, 2018 and a best-by date of April 28, 2018.

So far, no illnesses have been reported for either brand of recalled nuts.
