There are some big recalls in the news involving peanut butter and beer. If you've purchased Peanut and almond butter recently at Whole Foods or Kroger, listen up. Health leaders are warning about possible salmonella contamination. Four illnesses which may be related to the nut butters have been reported. They were sold under the brand names Arrowhead Mills, MaraNatha, and private label brands for Whole Foods, Kroger, as well as Trader Joe's and Safeway. As for the beer recall, it involved 12 ounce glass bottles of Corona Extra. The concern, defects that could cause small pieces of glass to break off and fall into the beer. So far, there have been no reports of any injuries.
