A traffic reminder for next week–Phase One of the Husky Trail road improvement project begins Monday. That first phase will include the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Husky Trail and Mariner Drive and creation of a third lane up to North Pointe Drive.
Eventually, new sidewalks will be installed near Eisenhower Elementary School, new street lights will be installed and Husky Trail will be widened to three lanes all the way to Sophia Lane.
The area will be open to local traffic, but not to through traffic.
